Kylie and Emma invite you to the land of the Gods - to experience the beauty of the Balinese culture and their exquisite hospitality.
During the 6-day retreat, you are invited for 3 hours each morning to re-connect through a shared experience of yoga, meditation and self-reflection practices rooted in self-compassion and gratitude - cultivating inner and outer curiosity with an emphasis on connecting authentically to yourself and others through the healing art of yoga asana, poetry, journaling, contemplation, and meditation. Reassured that you are being held in a safe and nurturing therapeutic space where you have full autonomy to practice at your own pace.
The 2-hour evening practice will be introspective and reflective in nature, practising nurturing pranayama, restorative or yin yoga and yoga nidra/meditation practice.

The Balance is due in two instalments (at the request of Floating Leaf)
