Booking Conditions
Travel & medical insurance is essential.
This is considered each individual's own liability. It is the responsibility of each participant to book their flights and insurance.
In the event that you need to make a claim for either travel and/or medical expenses, you will need to contact your travel insurance provider.
CANCELLATION OF ATTENDANCE BY STUDENT
Once booked on your retreat, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless we can fill your space.
The Balance is due 27th February 2026 - Refunds after this date will only be provided if we can fill your space.
